QuranPro ("we", "our") runs online Quran classes for kids and adults. We take your privacy seriously — especially because many of our students are children. This policy explains our practices in plain language.

1. What We Collect

Only what you share with us to arrange classes:

• Contact details — your name and WhatsApp number (via our forms or WhatsApp chat).
• Booking details — course of interest, student's age group, tutor preference (male/female) and preferred timings.
• Class records — attendance and progress notes your tutor keeps to write monthly reports.

We do not collect card numbers, bank details or passwords. Payments are arranged directly with you via WhatsApp using standard transfer methods.

2. How We Use It

• To book your free trial and schedule classes.
• To match you with a suitable tutor and timezone.
• To send class reminders, progress reports and fee notices on WhatsApp.

That is all. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing, and we never sell it.

3. What We Never Do

• No sale of data — your details are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
• No spam — we message you only about your classes, unless you ask for updates.
• No fake reviews — we never publish testimonials without a real family's permission.

4. WhatsApp & Third Parties

Our main communication channel is WhatsApp (+92 306 5015322). Messages you send there are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Classes may run on Zoom or Google Meet — those platforms have their own policies too. We choose reputable services and never ask you to install anything unusual.

5. Children's Privacy

Most of our students are children, so we are extra careful: we collect information from parents, not from children. Class progress notes contain only learning milestones. Parents may sit in on any live class and may ask us to delete their family's records at any time (see below).

6. Your Rights

At any time you can message us on WhatsApp and ask to:

• see what information we hold about your family,
• correct it, or
• delete it entirely.

We will act on your request promptly — usually within 48 hours.

7. Data Retention

We keep booking and progress records only while you are an active student (plus a short period for fee records), then delete them on request. If you only took a free trial and did not continue, tell us and we will remove your details.

8. Website Analytics

This website does not run advertising trackers. If we add basic, privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will note it here.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page with its update date. Significant changes will also be announced on WhatsApp to active families.
