By booking classes with QuranPro (the online Quran academy hub at quran-hub.pages.dev, including our specialized academies HifzPro, TajweedPro, ArabiPro and AlimPro), you agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp at +92 306 5015322 before enrolling.

1. Our Service

QuranPro provides live, 1-on-1 online Quran and Islamic classes for kids and adults via video call (Zoom, WhatsApp or Google Meet). Courses offered: Noorani Qaida, Nazra, Arabic Language, Hifz, Translation and Tafseer. Classes are taught by qualified male and female tutors across all timezones.

2. Free Trial

Every new student receives 3 full live classes free — no card required and no obligation. The trial lets your family experience real classes and meet the tutor before any payment. If you choose not to continue, you owe nothing.

3. Fees & Billing

• Monthly plans are published on our home page (currently $30–$70/month depending on classes per week). Sibling discounts of 10–20% apply.
• Fees are billed monthly in advance. There is no registration fee and no long-term contract — cancel anytime.
• Fees for partial months are not refunded, but unused paid classes can be rescheduled within the same billing month with 12-hour notice.
• Payment details are shared securely on WhatsApp after the trial. Never share card or bank details with anyone claiming to represent us outside our official WhatsApp number.

4. Classes & Rescheduling

• Standard classes are 30 minutes for young learners; durations for older students are agreed at enrollment.
• If you need to miss a class, inform us at least 12 hours in advance and we will arrange a free make-up class.
• Classes missed without 12-hour notice count as taken.
• If a tutor is unavailable, we will arrange a substitute or a make-up class — you never lose a paid class because of us.
• Class timings respect prayer times and your family's routine, and can be changed with reasonable notice.

5. Tutor Matching & Changes

We match each student with a qualified male or female tutor per your preference. If the tutor is not the right fit for any reason, tell us and we will rematch you free of charge, usually within 24 hours.

6. Student & Parent Conduct

• Students are expected to join classes on time and behave respectfully toward tutors.
• Parents of young children are encouraged to stay nearby during classes.
• We may pause or end enrollment in cases of repeated misuse, abuse toward staff, or non-payment after reminders.

7. Progress Reports

Parents receive monthly written progress reports plus quick WhatsApp updates after classes. These reflect the tutor's genuine assessment — we never invent milestones.

8. Intellectual Property

Course materials we provide (worksheets, revision plans, e-books) are for your family's personal learning use. Please do not redistribute them commercially.

9. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to deliver excellent teaching, but learning outcomes depend on practice and attendance too. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current billing month. Nothing here limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally; the current version is always published on this page with its update date. Continued use of our classes after changes means you accept them.
